The Story Behind Soul Colors
In 2011, I saw a new connection between numbers and colors, but it took quite some time to figure out how to express it. There was always a nagging and overwhelming urge to figure it out.
Similarly to how I approach my abstract paintings, I felt like there was a puzzle to solve. The universe constantly offers signs and synchronicities to guide us if we only listen. After an enlightening conversation about life with an old friend (a genuine psychic, interestingly), I suddenly knew how to crack my number/color conundrum!
Soul Colors are born when you are born, and they come from the numbers in your birth date. Each number, 0-9, and master numbers, 11, 22, & 33, match up with a color. You'll recognize the colors from the order of the rainbow or electromagnetic spectrum. Each aligns with specific traits, so now you can visualize that information.
The mandala-like Soul Colors can be a focal point in meditation, used for contemplation, or just as cool art! I invite you to explore Soul Colors and hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them as I make each one individually, digitally by hand.
